About "at the temple gate"
'At the temple gate' is a collection of instrumental pieces played on the Hang, a truly oceanic instrument.

Since the Hang has come into Prabhu's life, life has changed a lot for him. He has been playing the Hang in nature, festivals and temples to get in touch with the deeper feeling of the Hang. This collection of Hang pieces is a reflection of some of these moments.

Track 2 - Sparrows play at the temple gate
This composition was inspired by sparrows playing. Prabhu has been blessed to spend time with beautiful friends Shinji and Sayoko whose house stands right in front of an old buddhist temple gate in Japan. Every morning he would wake to the call of the temple bell and would watch in wonder as the sparrows danced on the roof of the temple gate. (The gate on the CD cover is this actual temple gate)
