About the Hang
The Hang (pronounced hung) is a new instrument birthed in Switzerland in 2000. Hang means 'hand' in a Swiss dialect. The instruments have been lovingly brought into existence through the passion and dedicated craftsmanship of Felix Rohner and Sabina Schärer.

The sound of the Hang
The healing sound of the Hang is truly oceanic.
It's melodic tones take you to the deepest silence of your soul, like diving deep into an ocean. At the same time, hypnotic rhythms carry you on a journey of your heartbeat, where you can ride the waves in free abandon and bliss.

The Hang, Prabhu & music
Prabhu feels he is a ‘keeper of the Hang’ and feels blessed by this gift.

The melodies and rhythms that flow from the Hang reflect the energy and feeling of the time, place and moment in which they were inspired. Hang music is like a painting for Prabhu.

Prabhu senses that the Hang has it’s own journey, and he will go with it to festivals, celebrations, meditations, dance and music events...or where ever else it may take him!

Prabhu has recently recorded (Oct 07) a CD of Hang music, 'at the temple gate' which is currently available by emailing us at connect@creativelyone.com
Any one wishing to distribute this music can also contact us at the above address.
